My name is Mark Truluck, and by profession I am a software developer. This is my blog about my new approach to software engineering called Cogiton Technology.

I worked for eight years at Microsoft, first in the Encarta group and next in the Microsoft Office division. I was both an individual contributor as well as a development lead. I also headed up the dev side of a v1 release called Encarta Language Learning. After leaving Microsoft in 2003, I briefly went back to school to investigate a career in biotechnology. But I have never been able to shake my interest in visual, declarative programming and now want to share these ideas with the world at large.

I am launching my new website on the topic very soon. The site will include an online version of the book I am writing which outlines the rationale for the system and all the how to, a community forum as well as an open source tool for developers interested in , and am also a consultant/trainer to companies and individual developers that are interested in applying these techniques. I can be reached at info@cogiton.com.
